The assembly process involves critical torque values and meticulous details, requiring multiple personnel to ensure completion. By integrating processes and minimizing space requirements, the system employs two sets of four-axis robotic arms to handle picking and placing tasks across different assembly stations. It caters to various processes and demands while meeting long-term feeding requirements, increasing production capacity, and generating profit.
